Reservations and Rental Policies

Check-in Time: Check-in time is at 3 p.m.  Check out time is at 11 am.  The minimum check-in age at Parrish Mountain Retreat is 25 years of age.

Additional Guests:  Each cottage has a max number allowed.  Any extra persons will be an addition $20 per person per night.

Smoking:  NO SMOKING permitted in our cottages.   $150 fee will be charged if smoking of any kind is in our homes per day stayed.

Pets:   Due to our livestock and guests' allergies, we can not host any type of animals at this time.  If a pet is brought in without notice, an additional $150 pet/cleaning fee will be charged per each day stayed.

Deposit Policies: 

A one nights stay is required when making a reservation more than 7 days in advance.  If less than 7 days a full amount of reservation will be requested at that time. 

​

Cancellations:  reservations may be cancelled up to 7 days prior to arrival without penalty. 

Less than 7 days cancellation, a 1 night’s fee plus tax will be charged to card on file or a reservation refund less a one night’s fee plus tax will be returned.

OCTOBER RENTALS:

Due to our high volume of rentals and demand, we ask that a one nights deposit be placed a month in advance to secure your reservation with the balance being paid 2 weeks prior to your reservation.  If you reserve dates less than 2 weeks of your reservation, a full balance of your stay will be required at the time of booking.

***October  Cancellations - require one months notice for a full refund. 

Less than 14 day cancellation, a 1 night’s fee plus tax will be charged and a reservation refund less a one night’s fee plus tax will be returned. 

Cancellations less than 7 days will result in a credit towards a future stay and there will be no cash refund.

Payments:  

We accept Money Orders, Cash and Checks may be written out to Susan Baker if received 14 days before reservations.

Cleaning Fee: $75

Taxes:  Sales tax total 6.75 % per day.

Children Under 16 May not be left unattended on property

Fire Pit Rules:  Adults 25 and older only running the fire pit.  We provide one stack of wood per visit and if more wood is needed the general store sells firewood.
